The Difference Between High Pressure Grinding Plants And Raymond Mill

Generally, high pressure grinding plants is a common machine, which is suitable for processing vartious non-flammableand non-explosive mineral materials with Moh's hardness less than 9.3 and humidity less than 6%, it is widely used in the fields of metallurgy, construction, chemical industry, mining, highway construction etc,. So, we always hear that the high presure grinding mill is one of the types of Raymond mill. But do you know there are some difference between high pressure grinding plants and Raymond mill?

1. the high pressure grinding plants has higher output. In other words, its output is increases by 10%-20% comparing with Raymond mill under the same power condition. That is, with the same mass of material, the high presure grinding mill has a better capacity.

2. As for the final fineness. The size of final product of high pressure geinding plants can be 0.613mm (30mesh) –0.033mm (425mesh). Sometimes it can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh). But Raymond mill only can reach 0.033mm(425mesh). It means the high pressure grinding plants has a larger range of final fineness.

Although, there are many similarities with high pressure grinding plants and Raymond mill. However, this does not mean they are the same product. If you want to know more please contact with us.
