Talc powder processing method and Talc grinding processing plant
Deed-processed talc powder application:
1. Paper making special I,II,III grade talc powder
2. Electric cable I,II grade talc powder
Useing as the padding for cable, rubber and plastic, in order to improve their resistances of acidic and alkali, heat, impact strength, tensile strength and creep, also the thermal conductivity, electrical insulation and to improve the performance of rubber processing.
3. Ceramics I,II grade talc powder
As the ceramics ingredients, it can effectively control the thermal expansion of the ceramic body, as the glaze, it can provide low-cost source of magnesium oxide.
4. Textile special I,II grade talc powder
Talc can be used as the textile padding and brightener for its low wear and high degree of whiteness
5. Paint and coatings I,II grade talc powder
The talcum powder can easily dispersed in water and organic matter, with high chemical inertness and high oil absorption, it can improve the coating dispersion.
6. Pharmaceuticals I,II grade talc powder
It can be used as cosmetics filler and pharmaceutical and food carriers, additives.
7. Talc carved products
The I grade of industrial raw materials, can be made into workmanship and industrial pencil.
Talc powder processing method:
The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main machine through reducer, and numbers of rollers, which are rolling in the ring, are driven by dial through plunger. After crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator and further sent to the middle of first dial evenly by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder and feeding pipe. The materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force and fall down into the ring, crushed and grinded by roller, and become powder after production of three rings. The high pressure centrifugal blower will inhale air from outside and blow the crushed materials to classifier. The rotating turbo in the powder concentrator will make the coarse materials return to the mill and reground, while the fineness will mix with the air and go into the cyclone and be discharged in the discharge bin, which is at the bottom of it. The air, which mixed with very little fineness, will be purified by impulse duster and discharged by blower and muffler.
Production Line Configuration of mineral grinding plants ,mineral processing plant:
hammer crusher, bucket elevator, storage hopper, vibrating feeder, main unit, inverter classifier, cyclone collector, pulse deduster system, high pressure positive blower, air compressors and electrical control systems.
Talc grinding processing plant:
The first process uses Raymond mill, mainly products 200,325 mesh talc powder, operating capacity: 325 mesh 3.2 ~ 3.8t / h, 200 mesh 4.4 ~ 4.8t / h; the input particle diameter shorter than 40mm; ore grade (SiO content): I grade 57%, II grade 53%, III grade 35%; energy consumption 29 ~ 31kWh / t run-of-mine ore.
The second process is the fine talc ore powder production line, the Clirik Machinery imported the technology from Europe, and the production line consists of four parts: warm-dry, grinding, ultra-fine grinding and air compression system. Main and auxiliary equipment: 250mm × 400mm jaw crusher six sets, SZZ 1 250mm × 2 500mm self-centering vibrating screen six sets, 5R Raymond six sets, GR-180 grinding machine 2 sets (for the jet mill preparation, Clirik production), flat-type jet mill 1 set.
